คิมอึนซุก เป็นนักเขียนชาวเกาหลีใต้ที่เคยมีผลงาน อาทิ ซีรีส์ Lovers in Paris (2004), Secret Garden (2010), The Heirs (2013), Descendants of the Sun (2016), Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (2016-2017), The King: Eternal Monarch (2020), The Glory (2022), The Glory Part 2 (2023) และภาพยนตร์ Fly High (2006)
