เคนจิ คามิยามะ เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 20 มีนาคม พ.ศ. เป็นผู้กำกับ, นักเขียน มีผลงานที่ผ่านมา อาทิ Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (2002), Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Solid State Society (2006) และ Blood: The Last Vampire (2000)
